Testing Your Workflow in Adobe Sign and Testing

PowerForm

Once the workflow is built in Adobe Sign and activated it will be available for use within Adobe Sign.

Note

Before publishing, it should be tested to ensure the, Workflow Info, Agreement Info, Recipients, Documents, and Sender Input Fields sections have all been correctly configured.


Upon successful testing of the workflow within Adobe Sign, follow the following steps listed here to test the PowerForm.

  1. Go to https://adobesign.calpoly.edu/PowerForm/api/workflows.json

  2. Find the activated workflow by name and copy the workflowID without the quotes

  3. Open a new window or tab in your web browser and enter the following URL: https://adobesign.calpoly.edu/PowerForm/

  4. Paste the workflow ID from step 2 to the end of the URL from step 3 to create your PowerForm URL.
