Solution
Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal > My Apps > Email & Calendar.
- Click the gear icon, type "inbox" in the search field, then click Inbox Rules.
- Look for any oddly named rules that include the text "delete the message", and click the trash icon to delete the inbox rule.
