- Reactivate multi-factor authentication by clicking the Reactivate Duo Mobile button.
- Verify ownership of your mobile phone number by clicking the Call me button. Answer your phone and enter the 6-digit code you are given, then click the continue button.

- On your mobile phone, install the Duo Mobile app. After installing the app, return to your computer and click I have Duo Mobile.
- On your mobile phone, at the top right of the screen, tap the Add + button to add an account.
- Tap Use QR code. You may need to allow access to the camera on your phone.
- On your computer, scan the QR code to activate Duo Mobile.
- You are now activated. Your device is ready to approve Duo authentication requests. Click the Continue button to complete the process.
- On your phone, name the account and tap Save. Your account is now linked. Click Practice now to learn how to use Duo and follow the prompts. When asked, tap the blue Allow notifications button to receive notifications, then the Ok button.
