Mail identified as possible junk email can automatically be moved to the Junk Email email folder. Any malware—potentially malicious software or code—is disabled.

- Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal > My Apps > Email & Calendar.
- A sender's email address can be blocked using the toolbar within a message. In Outlook, select the message.
- Under Junk click the drop-down to select one of the options.
