- Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal > My Apps > Email & Calendar.
- A sender's email address can be blocked using the toolbar within a message. In Outlook, select the message.
- Under Junk click the drop-down to select one of the options.

- If you receive an email that is automatically moved to the Junk email folder and you would like it moved to the Inbox.
- In Outlook, select the message.
